The
Glacier Express from
St. Moritz to Zermatt in Switzerland is one
of the great train journeys in the
world. Due to time constraint however, we
started the journey in Chur and ended up in Brig. It was not a lost
because we were already able to visit Zermatt last year and
also planned to visit St. Moritz this year when we take on our next
journey with the Bernina
Express.
The Glacier Express is indeed the Slowest Fast Train in
the World taking a 7 1/2 hour railway journey across 291
bridges, through 91 tunnels and across the Oberalp.
